Ok I got the stickam bit wrong, in fact youtube.com have plans to enhance their video streams. Currently their video streams are just “good enough” but not any more. Youtube’s co-founder Steve Chen, says that they never had the resources until now to do this but thanks to Google buying youtube they now do. This means an improvement on youtubes videos yay. I’ve linked to more information in the comments!
Ok they’re actually enhancing their streams I jumped on the wagon too quickly I think
