This is a guided Meditation that may help with bad eating habits.
We all know that obesity is a big problem in the UK and in the United States but how can meditating help?

Peoples addiction to food is on the increase
and the types of foods that our children are
choosing are getting worse by the minuet.
schools no longer have a healthy diet, why
well because the kids refuse to eat anything
that’s remotely healthy as it is just alien to most of them.
We need to get ourselves sorted out so that it doesn’t affect their future if its not too late already.

The following meditation will help us see what it is that creates our overeating and thus allows us to heal
our bad eating habits and teaches us how to feed and nurture our souls.

Lots of us over eat or simply eat the wrong food due to something lacking in us emotionally, We reach for the sticky cakes when really we long for Love. We really need to find our inner self and we will have that inner peace and find love within ourselves.
We Recommend that this meditation is only performed once a week to help with your over eating or excess weight.
STEP 1
Sit comfortably in a nice quiet and relaxed place maybe burn some oils or incense to help set the mood.
And begin to calm and relax your self with nice gentle breathing, when you are relaxed move to step 2
STEP 2
Start to think about how you felt when you last overate what was your state of mind what were you feeling.? had you just had an argument with someone you love were you sad were you lonely. Go back to that moment and allow yourself to feel it again now go deeper ask yourself honestly what caused you to feel that way, what are you afraid of , being alone losing someone or something could this pain stem from anxiety when you were a child.
STEP 3
Now begin to think of other ways you could have made yourself feel better without the need to overeat. for instance maybe it would have helped to speak about your feelings and communicate with someone or even write down in a journal. How you were feeling and how you were affected by this,a hot soak in a detox bath a walk around the block to take in some fresh air all may have helped.
STEP 4
Now begin to visualize how good you would feel having your needs met without overeating, how good you feel being in control of your body and your mind. You don’t need to do that to yourself any more you have the answers inside you be proud you are a spiritual being and you are beautiful. Now when you feel ready you may end this meditation.
You should now be feeling positive and refreshed and hopefully next time you feel like reaching for that kitchen cupboard stop and think why would you want to do that to your self
Take a deep breath be strong resist and feel proud.
